Soufiane ⵙⵓⴼⵢⴰⵏ

I have so far taken 20 hours of Tamazight lessons with Soufiane and my experience has been very positive throughout. I can highly recommend him for two main reasons. The first is that he listens carefully to what the student says and provides constructive feedback at the right moment without breaking the flow of the conversation. The other reason is that he masters his subject matter. Tamazight has mostly been a spoken language. It can therefore be difficult to find a native speaker who actually understands its grammar and who can explain it clearly. Soufiane is an exception in this regard.

Soufiane is a brilliant teacher, so patient and the lessons are thoughtfully prepared. He makes learning so much easier and more accessible than I would have expected. Merci tanmirt choukran bzzaf!

Not only was I able to properly introduce myself after our first class, but Soufiane also taught me the logic behind Tachelhit grammar, so I can actually understand what I'm saying and why I'm saying it. Really effective and good class!

I had a lot of fun working with the brother, and even introductory Darija was eye opening for me (from an MSA background).
