Chizuru-san gave a fun and informative presentation on Christmas in Japan. I enjoyed learning about the history of how Christmas became an important event in Japan. I also enjoyed learning about how Christmas celebrated in Japan.

Today I learned many new words, kanji characters, and interesting Japanese fun facts.
I enjoyed becoming familiar with the new words and using them in different contexts.

Today was a fun class with Chizuru-san. I had the opportunity to learn vocabulary words and grammar to use in real-life situations. I'm particularly grateful for the opportunity to gain a better understanding of how to conjugate transitive and intransitive verb forms.

I enjoyed learning about a Japanese children's holiday. Chizuru-san gave a presentation in which I had a chance to read aloud and answer questions pertaining to the reading material. I'm glad I had a chance to learn about the origins and history behind the holiday. I look forward to more lessons.
